What 15 years of working with world leaders, scientists and tech leaders taught me
I've spent my career at the intersection of big politics, big tech and big research, helping leaders communicate what matters, navigate high-pressure environments, coordinate people and turn complex ideas into action. I've worked with governments, scientists, executives and international teams. I've prepared leaders for difficult conversations, press conferences and major moments. I've built communications strategies, advised decision-makers and helped teams work through the human dynamics underneath the work.
And everywhere I looked, I kept seeing the same thing: Smart, capable people don't usually need more information. They need better ways to work with what they already have.
Your nervous system affects how you lead. Your career strategy determines where your effort goes. Your team can either multiply your capacity or quietly drain it. And your visibility determines whether the right people ever get to see what you're capable of. That's where I come in.

your female nervous system
I help successful women understand the patterns underneath overwork, people-pleasing, boundary struggles, imposter feelings and the constant pressure to hold everything together. Because your body is not an obstacle to your ambition. It is information.

your CAREER
Maybe you're ready for your next level. Maybe you want to make more money in your business. Maybe you want the promotion but aren't sure how to position yourself for it. Or maybe you're successful on paper and increasingly wondering, “Is this really what I want next?” I help you get clear on where you're going, what needs to change and how to make your experience, expertise and ambition work in your favour.

your Team
Your team's problems aren't always process problems.
Unclear decisions. Avoided conversations. Emotional labour. Meetings that go nowhere. People talking around the real issue. Smart people pulling in different directions.
These things cost organisations.
I work with teams and leaders to surface what's getting in the way, address the human dynamics underneath it and create better ways of working together.

your EVENTS
A great event isn't just a room full of people. It's a room where people are thinking differently, asking better questions and actually connecting.
I work as a moderator and keynote speaker, bringing strategic thinking, sharp facilitation and a human perspective to conferences, panels, leadership events and high-stakes conversations. Whether you need someone to hold the room, challenge the speakers or make a complex topic come alive, I'll make sure your audience gets more than a succession of talking heads.

The common thread? Your human intelligence.
AI can accelerate your output. But it cannot decide what matters to you. It cannot tell you when you've outgrown your career. It cannot repair a team that no longer trusts itself. And it certainly cannot walk onto a stage and read the room.
The more senior you become, the more your success depends on things that don't fit neatly into a spreadsheet:
Judgement. Self-awareness. Relationships. Communication. Adaptability. And knowing when to push, pause or pivot.
That's the work I do.
